Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Complaints

Complaints are processed within 14 business days from the date of submission. You will be informed of the complaint outcome via the provided email address.

The complaint should include your contact details, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the existing item and place a separate order for the new item after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
