General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the services offered by the MagBase online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
1.2. The owner of the Store is Fabian Olczak, conducting business at the following address: 66-470 Kostrzyn nad Odrą, ul. Sadowa 6, Poland. Tax ID (NIP): 5993285713.
1.3. The Store specializes in the sale of phone accessories and electronics.

 

§2

Scope of Services

2.1. The Store allows customers to order and purchase products presented on the website or through direct contact.
2.2. Products are made to order according to the specifications provided by the customer, including phone dimensions and color preferences.

§3

Order Placement Conditions

3.1. Orders can be placed through the Store's website or by contacting the owner via a form or another designated communication method.
3.2. The customer is required to provide accurate contact and address details.
3.3. The Store reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in the following cases:

• Incorrect customer data is provided.
• The technical feasibility of fulfilling the order is lacking.

Order Processing and Delivery

4.1. The order processing time is 2 to 7 business days from the date of payment confirmation. In exceptional cases, this time may be extended.
4.2. Products are shipped from Wrocław via a selected courier service.
4.3. Shipping costs are determined at the time of order placement and depend on the selected delivery method.

Payments

5.1. The Store accepts payments via bank transfers and other methods specified on the website.
5.2. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT).

Returns and Complaints

§7

Warranty

7.1. Products are covered by a 12-month warranty for defects in workmanship and functionality.
7.2. If a defect is found, the customer is entitled to repair, product replacement, or a refund, as determined by the Store.

Final Provisions

9.3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Store's services shall be resolved by the competent common court.
